Campervan hire fee includes; fully comprehensive insurance (liability & collision U.S.) within Mainland UK for up to two drivers, unlimited mileage, 24 Hour roadside assistance and sat nav.
Transport service to and from Bath Spa Train Station or Bristol Airport is available.

During your Sun Kissed Campervan holiday you will have privilege membership of the Camping and Caravan Club, giving you discounts at many top UK campsites including CC Camping in the Forest sites.
Hand over days are normally Mondays and Fridays, we will do our best to be as flexible as possible.
We ask for campervans to be returned to us by 11am in order for us to thoroughly valet them ready for the next guests. Pick up is usually after 3pm.
To Book a campervan please first check the diary for availability:
Dates highlighted in Red means all our campers are already booked on those days.
Dates highlighted in Green means we have at least one camper available for hire.
Once you have selected a date please complete the provisional online booking form available by clicking here.
After we have made sure your dates are available, we will ask you to read our Standard Hire Terms, complete a full booking form and supply us with copies of your ID.

Once you have sent us your completed booking form and ID, we will invoice you for the deposit which is 25% of the total hire charge.
On recipe of your payment, your booking will be secured.
8 weeks before the start date of your holiday we will invoice you for the remainder 75% of the hire fee.
If the booking is made less than 8 weeks away from the start date we will require a payment in full to secure your holiday.
7 days before the start date of your holiday we will contact you to take a security deposit of £750 which will be held during the hire period. This is refundable upon the the safe return of the campervan and any extras undamaged, fully equipped and with a full tank of diesel.
Please note that The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply in accordance with our Standard Hire Terms.
How to pay
There is a number of options for easy payment.
We can arrange electronic bank transfer, you can pay by credit card or debit card over the telephone or if you are old school you can send us a check. Please note there is a booking fee of 2.5% on credit/debit card payments and if paying by check your booking will not be secured until your check has cleared in our bank account.
We love feedback. We want to constantly improve our offer, and so we welcome all suggestions, comments and thoughts.
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with the campervan, it’s contents or our service during your holiday we will do our utmost to correct this to the best of our abilities.
If, for what ever reason you are not happy with how we have handled your complaint, you have the right to refer the issue to the British Vehicle Rental & Leasing Association Conciliatory Service.
The BVRLA is approved by Government as a Consumer ADR body under the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015.
As a member of the BVRLA, we have signed up to a strict Code of Conduct and have agreed to honour the verdict of the impartial mediation board.
Your consumer rights will not be affected by agreeing to take your complaint to the BVRLA Conciliatory Service.
